Your Soul Messenger

Sit comfortably with a straight back and your eyes closed. (Pause) Take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth. (Pause)
As you count down from 5 to 1, you find yourself letting go (Pause), letting go of all thoughts (Pause) and releasing any tension in your body. (Pause)
5. Ensure that your face and neck are soft (Pause)
4. Let go of any tension in your shoulders (Pause), your upper body (Pause), your arms and fingers. (Pause)
Excellent! You’re doing well! (Pause)
3. Take a deep breath in, (Short Pause) count to 3 (Short Pause), blow out all the strain in your lower back as you release your breath. (Pause)
2. Feel any tightness in your legs, toes and feet, and ask that it leaves your body now. (Long Pause)
Wonderful! (Short Pause)
1. All noise and movements allow you to slip deeper and deeper into a state of wellbeing. (Pause) All concerns are now drifting away, the way clouds drift on a Summer afternoon. (Long Pause)
In your mind’s eye you find yourself in a place of nature, where the trees are tall, lush and green, and you are on a pathway or trail that make feel at ease… (Pause)
This place of nature is safe, comforting and supportive. (Pause) Take your time to familiarise yourself with this place of nature. (Pause) Look around you, what do you see? (Pause) What do you feel? (Pause) What do you hear? (Pause) What do you sense? (Long Pause)
Inhale the sky (Pause), exhale the sky (Pause).
Take in the smells (Pause), the feelings (Pause) and know you are loved. (Pause)
As you are taking in the beauty of the nature around you, you notice your soul messenger off in the distance. (Pause) Your messenger can appear in many forms and there may be more than one. (Pause) Your soul messenger shimmers a beautiful white light of pure love and joy. (Pause)
The wind caresses your body and you feel safe as you start walking towards your messenger. (Pause) Notice your surroundings, what do you see? (Pause) What is your heart saying or feeling? (Pause)
As you get closer to your messenger you know that they have a message for you. This message is something you need to here to allow you to move forward and step into your own power. (Pause)
Take the time now to listen to your message. (Long Pause)
When your messenger has finished, you embrace your soul messenger and say thank you before walking back down the path you came. (Pause a little longer than normal) When you can no longer see your soul messenger, take a deep breath in and absorb your message. (Pause)
Now put your hands together in prayer position, (Pause) place them at your heart chakra (Pause) and say to yourself out loud or quietly, “Thank you for my message.” (Pause)
Take 3 deep breathes and with each breath your awareness returns to the here and now. (Pause) Wiggle your toes and fingers (Pause) and when you’re ready, open your eyes. (Pause)
Take a few moments to remember your messages, write them down if you wish.
