This issue half of us are experiencing a warm Summer, while our sisters in the Southern hemisphere are having cool Winters. For those living in the colder parts of the world, it doesn’t have to be all grey clouds and gloomy days. As Anne points out in her article S.A.D, you can find the sunshine easily in amongst your days.
This issue we have a new column, Living Naturally by Judith Davis. Judith is a certified aromatherapist and a trained nutritionist, holistic counselor. As Cheryl heads off on her Summer holiday, she talks about her love for her daughter and Jennifer offers tips on how you can be two steps ahead during an economic slump. Our last issue’s Inspiring Woman, Elizabeth Peru has written about embracing your inner muse, and I’ve introduced you to an animal communicator and a new healing modality.
