Soul Coaching is a powerful 28-day program of mental, emotional, spiritual and physical cleansing. Take yourself on a journey to align your inner spiritual life with your outer life.

Each week is dedicated to one of the four elements - Air, Water, Fire and Earth. These elements represent aspects of your life, and by participating in the daily activities and working with affirmations, you allow for powerful integration to occur.

• Times: 3 hours per session, 2:00pm to 5:00pm
