I’ve always been curious about getting to know my past life/lives. I’m almost completing Krhem master Level (in May/June) and will do the Teacher Level thereafter and have been using the energy in my meditations, which I try doing twice daily, but haven’t had any recall of past lives yet. My question is: Will this session by Elizabeth enable me to do this at other times apart from being in this class? Or does it depend on other things like experience and practise, sensitivity to the energy, etc? Will I be able to help others after this class? I’m very keen to join, but would like some clarity on these matters.

Thank you for your email! My workshop Awakening Ancient Knowledge & Past Lives will be taught in two parts in two parts. The first part of the day is to open up awareness of ancient knowledge and the origins of life to set us up for then exploring our own past lives on this planet and beyond. The second part of the day I will then take people through guided meditation to their own past lives and also to meet their spirit guides who can give clarity on lessons to be recognised for present lives.
It is a technique that is very easy to take yourself into and afterwards you could use this technique at home whenever you wish to find more information from your past and also guide others through this technique.
I have also studied Reiki Usui & Seichim to Master Level and very much connect with Atlantean, Lemurian and Egyptian energies. My passion is teaching the old, ancient ways for modern times.
