Angel Meditation

While exploring YouTube, I stumbled upon this beautiful Angel Meditation that I thought would be perfect for this issues, meditation.  As the person meditating you have two options:-

1. Watch and listen to the Angel Meditation.

2. Close your eyes and allow the music to envelop you.

Before you begin your meditation time, take the time to prepare for the meditation.  My suggestion would be to:-

1. Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for the next 9 minutes.

2. Light a candle and set your intention for the meditation eg: to release tension, to stop the mind chatter etc.

3. Take three deep breaths in and let your body relax with every exhalation.

4. Press play on the Angel Meditation below.

Upon completion, take three deep breaths, then wiggle your fingers and toes to help you come back to the present moment.
